Many of our staff have been with us for years which we are very proud of, and we value their recommendations so have a referral scheme for new starters. All applicants follow a rigorous recruitment process including a thorough interview and then if successful, they are required to complete additional checks including a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service), and references. No new starters are assigned any work until their security checks have been signed off by a Senior member of the in-house team and they have completed their thorough in-house Induction training programme. Take a look at the roles we're recruiting for.
